- Exit lines to contain emotional situation (to quit when your behind- not all problems can be resolved- not arguing over differences but mutual respect and dignity)
- Seek to understand (human relations skills, recognizing types of request, attending behavior, ability to convey understanding)
- Encouragement on a regular basis
- Proactive ( increase circle of influence over circle of concern, smart choices)
- Learning to make and recognize repair attempts/recovery-“I am sorry”
- Stop all grousing/Deadly Habits, use Caring Habits
